The great bit about BBL Fantasy and BBL SuperCoach is, unlike the real thing, there’s no limit to how many international players you can select.
So if you want Rashid Khan, Joe Denly, Jofra Archer and Dwayne Bravo in the same team, you can.
But there’s one international who I believe should be picked ahead of any of the others.
It’s Sydney Thunder’s Englishman, Jos Buttler.
Buttler has been in sparkling form where ever he’s played this year.
We’ll start with the IPL, where he excelled for the Rajasthan Royals.
The keeper-batsman finished as the sixth-highest run-scorer with 548 runs at an average of 55 and a strike rate of 156. His highest scores included 95* (60 balls), 94* (53 balls) and 82 (58).
He’s averaged 45 in Test cricket this year, 52 in ODI cricket and 27 (strike rate of 135) in T20Is.
If you recall, last season he played six games for the Thunder, returning scores of 0 (off 3 balls), 10 (9), 23 (24), 67 (41), 81 (43) and 21 (21).
The Thunder’s fixture means he gets a double-round in round four, and doesn’t have to worry about any byes.
This guy is world-class, and while he may only be around for the first seven rounds, he’s among the most dependable openers on the market.
Is there wbbl fantasy this year?

You know Burney, I haven’t heard anything. They say the ‘official’ fantasy BBL game will launch on Dec 1, so maybe there will be an official WBBL game too.

Eh… Tend to disagree with this pick a bit… He’s an awkward mid-priced player who cracks under pressure; his team doesn’t double-up til a while; and he tends to be a more of an O.D.I. player, from what I’ve seen…
