Welcome back to another round of Fantasy A-League. The teams are pretty settled and it’s been a pretty kind week for selection, suspension and injury across the league.
The main talking point is the return of the Kiwi maestro, Marco Rojas, just in time for the Melbourne Derby. You can see all the ins and outs for Round 11 right here.
Don’t forget to see the Sportsdeck preview from earlier in the week, here.
Jacob Tratt $117k [DEF]
If you need a cheap defender for your starting XI or maybe just to strengthen your bench coverage, it’s very hard to go past Wellington’s Tratt. He’s had two scores of 7 this season and registered 13 points last week.
Marco Rojas $281k [FWD]
Rojas is back from injury and as a result of missing last week, has dropped a little in price. So, if you don’t have him yet, now is the perfect time. And it might be your last genuine opportunity to do so.
Andy Keogh $326k [FWD]
You can’t afford to lose faith in Perth’s main man. He’s been a great fantasy scorer and although he hasn’t looked as dangerous of late, he only needs a little sniff to produce a big score. Has averaged 11.6 in odd-numbered rounds so far this season.
Joshua Brillante $159k [MID]
Yes, he misses this week through suspension, but it will only be one week. Up until last round, he’d been a solid scorer. Because of his low value, it’s worth holding onto him (if you have cover) and your transfers, because they’re as valuable as an injury-time winner. Of course if you’re without cover, you have no option.
Kerem Bulut $177k [FWD]
The controversial figure has missed the last few games and it’s surprising that he’s still in 5.5% of teams. He returns to the WSW squad this week but he’s had no luck this season. While he’s still at a decent value, cash him in for someone who’s scoring well.
Luke Brattan $256k [MID]
City just have so many midfield options it’s hard for them all to score well. Brattan has started the last two matches and failed to score well, and the return of Caolazo isn’t going to do Brattan any favours.
