Round 9 of FOX Sports Fantasy A-League is upon us, so continue reading to get our view on who to trade in, who to trade out, and who to give another chance for your fantasy sides this week.
Marco Rojas $284k [FWD]
Almost one in two coaches have the Kiwi and you’d be crazy not to jump on if you don’t have him yet. With potentially a few trades to be made for various reasons, his price is still very much in reach.
Connor Pain $158k [MID]
If you’re looking for a bit of cash, the Mariner might be your way to get it. Fresh off the team’s second win of the season, first clean sheet and man of the match performance, the gears are starting to click for some continued points if his form continues.
Nick Ansell $159k [DEF]
Victory have an extremely good run of fixtures ahead and are now two clean sheets in a row. With a double fixture scheduled at some point down the track and some form behind them, now could be the time to take a punt on a Victory defender if you haven’t already.
Milos Ninkovic $329k [MID]
Okay he actually he had two average games in a row, but coaches have moved heaven and earth to get him in, and there’s no use letting two games determine his future. Still rapidly going up in value, don’t even consider trading him out.
Jumpei Kusukami $212 [MID]
If you’re one of those who kept the faith, continue to do so. After many convincing performances, the Wanderer was finally rewarded with his first goal for the red and black, with chances being that his form can only improve from here.
Diego Castro $315k [MID]
After being victim to the poor form of the Glory side, their marquee man now is facing up to 6 weeks out with a hamstring injury. With cash potentially to be made here, trade smartly.
Brett Holman $261k [MID]
Teasing owners with some strong performances here and there, but ultimately the veteran made the decision for us after succumbing to a knee injury. He is also facing up to 6 weeks out.
Josh Risdon $238k [DEF]
Adding to Perth’s woes, the Socceroo is now out of action for up to a month with a quad injury. Starting initially as one of the game’s highest priced defenders, there are plenty replacements on offer.
Rojas – Home, in-form and coming up against a Glory side who have struggled defensively and are at a cross-roads in terms of results. Averaging a goal and an assist every match.
Fornaroli – Coming off a mid-week game has never stopped the star forward before, and chances are the result will only give him even more confidence. The golden boot leader also happens to be playing at home.
Ninkovic – May have been handled well in some quality one-on-one battle his past few games, but the game’s point leader shouldn’t have any problems jumping back to form against a Jets side, and will be motivated to bounce back from the disappointing mid-week result.
Good luck and don’t forget to comment down below your teams and any queries!
